This Privacy Policy explains how Venture Accelerator LLC ("True Standard", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit trytruestandard.com or our checkout and offer pages (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you send us (for example, support messages or reviews).
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We don't store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site, collected with cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Information from partners: for example, advertising and analytics partners that tell us which ads led to a visit or purchase.

How we use it

  • To process and ship orders, run subscriptions, and handle returns and refunds
  • To provide customer support
  • To send order and subscription emails (confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders)
  • To send marketing emails or text messages if you agreed to receive them
  • To improve the Site and our products, and to measure and personalise ads

How we share it

We also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies and pixels to make the Site work, remember your cart, understand traffic and show you relevant ads on other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of interest-based ads, visit optout.aboutads.info or adssettings.google.com, or use the ad settings in your Meta account. Some U.S. states treat sharing for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "share"; to opt out, email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

Marketing emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We don't share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • correct or delete it
  • get a copy of it
  • opt out of targeted advertising or "sales" or "sharing"

To make a request, email hello@trytruestandard.com. We'll verify your request and reply within the time required by law. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
