We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm ET on Friday ship the next business day.
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses can take longer.
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it until the order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll help you track them down.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
