These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trytruestandard.com and our checkout and offer pages (the "Site"), and your purchases from Venture Accelerator LLC, doing business as True Standard ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Refund, Shipping and Subscription Policies.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place an order.
Our products are dietary supplements. The content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the label and warnings before use. Talk to your doctor before using any supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Individual results vary.
You agree to give current, complete and accurate payment and contact information. You authorize us and our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to charge your payment method for your order, including taxes and shipping where they apply.
After checkout, we may show you additional offers. If you click to accept one, you authorize us to charge the payment method you just used for the price shown, and to add that item to your order. Declining an offer adds nothing to your order.
If you choose Subscribe & Save, your order renews automatically, and your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy. You can cancel anytime.

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own, honest experience and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.
All content on the Site, including the True Standard name, logo, text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to resell our products without authorization, to interfere with the Site's security, or to submit false information.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Accelerator LLC and its owners, employees and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
