Subscription Policy
How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to receive and pay for the product you selected automatically, at the delivery frequency shown when you ordered, until you cancel. You'll see your subscription price, the frequency and the date of your next charge before you buy.
Automatic renewal and billing
Your payment method is charged at checkout for your first order. After that, it's charged automatically at the subscription price on each renewal date, until you cancel. Prices include free shipping on subscription orders. Taxes are added where they apply.
Reminders
We'll email you before each renewal with the date and amount of the upcoming charge.
Skip, pause, change or cancel anytime
- You can skip a delivery, pause, change your flavour or product, or cancel at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders.
- To make a change, email hello@trytruestandard.com or call +1 (786) 574-6216 and tell us what you'd like to do.
- Changes or cancellations made at least 3 days before your next renewal date apply to that renewal. Changes made later apply to the following one. If a renewal was charged before you cancelled and hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it.
- We'll confirm every cancellation by email.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you to update your payment details. If payment still can't be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
